Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the USQ Practice application and related services (the “Service”), operated for the clinicians and administrative staff of Union Square Therapy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided for authorized staff of Union Square Therapy and is not a consumer or general-public product. Access is granted by invitation and may require approval by a practice administrator. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the practice to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Authentication is provided through our identity provider (Clerk). Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, unauthorized, or used in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• access data you are not authorized to view, or attempt to circumvent access controls;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or any patient-privacy or professional obligation;
• disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

The Service offers an optional Google Calendar integration. If you choose to connect it, your use of that feature is also subject to Google’s terms, and our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect the integration at any time from your settings.

Information entered into the Service — including patient, session, and billing records — remains the responsibility of Union Square Therapy. You agree to enter and handle such information in accordance with your professional, legal, and contractual obligations. The Service is a tool to support practice operations and does not constitute medical, legal, billing, or tax advice.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may update the Service to improve security and functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
